Watching families grow is one of the greatest honors of my work.

Last year, this sweet family came to my studio to celebrate their daughter’s first birthday. This year, they reached out again as they welcomed another beautiful baby girl.

For this season of life, they chose an in-home newborn session, which was the perfect option since their older daughter is still under two. Being at home created a calm, comfortable environment and made the experience easier for the entire family.

One of the things I love most about in-home newborn sessions is the ability to create a mix of lifestyle and studio-style images. This approach adds a special touch to the final gallery, allowing me to capture genuine, emotional moments in the family’s own space while also creating timeless, beautifully styled newborn portraits.

Their newest little one slept throughout the entire session, giving us the opportunity to create so many meaningful memories. Including big sister, who was so excited and gentle with her baby sister, made the session even more special.

These are the moments families want to remember forever — the tiny details, the growing bond, and the love that fills the home during those first days. The final images turned out beautifully, and I am truly grateful they trusted me once again to document this chapter of their story.
